I went to see City and Colour on Sunday and Monday. Dallas played two half-hour sets. From what I can remember he played: Body In A Box, Sleeping Sickness, Waiting, As Much As I Ever Could, Comin' Home, Sam Malone, Day Old Hate, Hello, I'm in Delaware, and Love Don't Live Here Anymore. He loved the cookies. =] He remembered me from the night before. Kristen and I met him on Sunday night. We took pictures with him and got to speak to him for a good 15 minutes. Him and I spoke about Gord Downie, Trailer Park Boys, and how he thought he needed a haircut (lol). I asked if he was gonna be around on Monday and he said yes. I walked up to him yesterday and he was like "It's you!" and hugged me haha. I also gave him the Doritos and cookies I brought for him. He said "Yay! Treats!" and thanked me. He left to do an interview, but came back out. He took another picture with me and signed my ticket: "Thanks for the cookies! ♥Dallas" He told me he's probably coming back in January! I would love to just hang out with him for an afternoon. That would make my life. =]
